How to Not Fall in Love

Twenty-five-year-old Matt Eversham, the son of a New York billionaire business mogul, is an old romantic at heart, a young man seeking to find everlasting love. On a dating website for the super-rich, Matt meets thirty-year-old Rachel Stackhouse, a cynical, abrasive London socialite and highflyer who runs her own multinational marketing and publishing agency.

From the get-go, it is clear Matt and Rachel are a match made in hell. They live three thousand miles apart. The age gap between them is an unbridgeable chasm. And most importantly, their personalities are oil and water. But, despite the apparent incompatibilities and red flags, the two feel inexplicably drawn to each other.

As they grow closer and more familiar with each other, they realise that what started as a fluke mismatch on a dating website has more layers and connections and history than they bargained for and will change their lives forever.

The love-hate relationship between them awakens frightening passions in Rachel. The passions push open a secret door to her past, a door she had long forgotten, and another to a future abyss she never imagined could exist. To save themselves from oblivion, they must both learn how to not fall in love.
